Urban Rock Crawler charges FLORIDA state sales tax on all orders being shipped to Florida. Businesses in Florida who are purchasing for resale must fax/mail us a completed Florida resale tax form if they do not want to pay sales tax at time of purchase.

Warranties
All Urban Rock Crawler products are for off road use only. All Warranty claims will be handled at the sole discretion of Urban Rock Crawler. Urban Rock Crawler reserves the right to make any changes to warranty pollicies at any time without notice to its customers. Resale and install companies will be responsible to notify the end user of these terms prior to their use of said product.

Return Policy
Unauthorized returns with out a return authorization number will not be accepted. Returns must include our shipping invoice and be in re-sellable condition. A 15% restocking fee may be applied on returned merchandise at our sole discretion for utilizing our materials, resources and time. Outgoing or incoming freight/shipping charges are not covered in refunds.

Miscellaneous
Any and all legal action that is taken pertaining to Urban Rock Crawler must be initiated and wholly fulfilled in the county of Escambia, and state of FLORIDA court system. If for any reason the purchaser or end user can NOT meet these terms the product must be returned in unused condition within 10 business days at the buyer?s expense for a refund of the purchase price. Failure to return any Urban Rock Crawler product within the allowed time and/or installation/use of Urban Rock Crawler product will signify that the purchaser and/or end user agrees to abide by the terms set forth above without dispute.
